Description of problem:

scenario:

- ovirt node 
- register to rhevm 
- approve 
- installation starts and fails

bootstrap logs:

after registering new ovirt node, trying to approve it in rhevm, initiate installation fails,

appears to be related to some syntax error on the following command: 

os.system("sed --copy -i \"\|%s$|d\" /config/files") % target

more info:

1) ovirt was installed over vm 
2) registration works fine for that flow
3) create template from that vm 
4) start it - installation fails (post approval)
