Description of problem:
UI: Menu list will move up when apply setting in security page.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rhev-hypervisor-6.2-0.5.el6

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter security page, input password.
2. Select "Apply" button.
3. Please see attachment for more details.
  
Actual results:
Menu list will move up when apply setting in security (RHEV-M and Red Hat Network) page.

Expected results:
Menu list shows perfect.
