we've had a number of reports with vbox loaded that appear to be caused by corruption of in-kernel state. That said, I'll leave it to Josef to make the judgement on whether this trace is unrelated.
is this still happening in 2.6.43.1 ?
I don't know I'm afraid. I'm on Fedora16 now and I haven't seen this crash (or anything like it) in quite a while.
