Description of problem:

now, after enable ssh in ovirt-node menu, try to unselect the "Enable
ssh password ....",this won't disable the ssh, it fail to change the
sshd_config file, 

but  after user manually enable all the password
authentication in  sshd_config, ssh_config, then try to enable ssh
password in ovirt-node menu, we will get an exception, we need to
better handle such exception, see attachment

after got such exception, left/right arrow's function changed, press left/right arrow will switch tty, but not stay on the ovirt-node menu,

Steps to Reproduce:
1,enbale a ssh password from ovirt-node menu
2,unselect the "Enable ssh ..." in ovirt-node menu, and apply
3,didn't disable the ssh password, but "Enable ssh ..." got
unselected,
4,manually change the PasswordAuthentication option in sshd_config,
ssh_config,
5,then in ovirt-node menu, try to "Enable ssh" again,
6,got an expection,see attachemnt
