Soci 3.1.0 will shortly be delivered, bringing a few bug fixes and additional back-end support (especially ODBC).
Moreover, the build system has migrated from the GNU Autotools to CMake.

That bug/feature request tracks the build and release of the soci-3.1.0 package with the new CMake-build framework.
