How is this different from the existing Fedora package? I don't think it needs a review but yimply request a new branch and co-maintainership.

In any case, a new branch doesn't need a new review request, just a package change request for EPEL 6.

Anyway, the spec and srpm sources are dead, that's why I think this review request is no longer needed. Closing this for now.
