We should make the Eclipse chapter have a structure like this:

- Introduction (existing: intro chap 1)
- Starting a project (existing: formally Understanding Eclipse Projects)
- User Interface (existing: combine chap 2 intro and 2.1 user interface)
-- Quick Access Menu (existing: move from 2.2.1 the quick access menu)
-- Keyboard Shortcuts (existing: move from 2.2.1 the quick access menu)
-- Customize Perspective Menu (existing: move from 2.2.1 the quick access menu)
- C/C++ Development
-- Editing C/C++ source code in Eclipse
(Move some of the "Useful hints" section of the Eclipse chapter here)
--- libhover Plug-in (existing/extended 2.2.2)
---- Setup and Usage (existing/extended 2.2.2)
- Java Development
-- this should be a thin-ish chapter, pointing to the existing JDT documentation in the help system
- RPM Building
-- fold in existing section 4.4, Eclipse Built-in Specfile Editor
- Eclipse Documentation (existing/extended: moved from 1.2 Help in Eclipse plus more links/info/websites etc)
