Description Jonathan 2011-07-17 00:37:04 UTC
Description of problem:
Gnome shell goes to fallback for nvidia g210m with functioning DRI.
Gnome shell did not go to fallback a few weeks ago and functioned great, except that the nvidia proprietary driver could not handle suspend / resume.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gnome-shell.x86_64 3.0.2-4.fc15
xorg-x11-drv-nvidia.x86_64 1:275.09.07-1.fc15
xorg-x11-server-Xorg.x86_64 1.10.2-1.fc15

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.

Actual results:
gnome 3 in fallback

Expected results:
gnome 3 in full mode. Also, it would be very useful if gnome-shell specified the reason it did chose fallback.
