Description of problem:
After upgrade of rhevm, Two simultaneous jboss service are running 


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
IC129->IC130.1

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install rhevm IC129
2.run rhevm-upgrade
3.Notice that you have 2 jbossas services (ps -ef|grep run.sh)
  
Actual results:
- Prevents from WPF to connect
- need to kill the old process manually in order to connect

Expected results:
Should have 1 process running and able to connect with WPFClient
