The issue doesn't occur in rhev-hypervisor-5.7, so this is for rhevh 5.7 to 6.2 regression bug.

Test step:
# cat /etc/redhat-release

]# cat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_local_port_range

# cat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_local_reserved_ports 
54321
#

So change bug status VERIFIED.
