Conductor checks the state of instance only once and keep showing that (stopped/running) .

As of 9d145990c4357cca8d6385d4561b33d6f8d1e9a0 this is implemented.

When the browser has JavaScript enabled, the instance status and other instance/deployment-related attributes on the Monitor tab are refreshed automatically.

The refresh interval is currently 30 seconds so the changes are updated fairly soon but not immediately.

verified.. ip and state get updated when instances are coming up..
verified they update if you terminate in ec2
