abrt allows reporting kernel oops both in bugzilla and at kerneloops, but if the user sets both targets material selection will unset everything and oops reporting will fail

If abrt can not handle both targets at the same time, please do not let the user select both of them

    wizard: if more than one reporter is chosen, select all items.

    Before this change, in such case all items were unselected.
