Description of problem:
Target Release is missing from the column list that can be displayed on search results.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Live

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run a Search
2. click "Change Columns"

Actual results:
'Target Release' isn't in the column list

Expected results:
'Target Release' is in the column list

This change is now on partner-bugzilla.redhat.com, and is due to be released as part of today's upgrade on the live bugzilla server.
