Description of problem:

Within this config file (/etc/sysconfig/aeolus-conductor) is a nvp to change the PREFIX for conductor.  Did a fresh RHEL 6.1 install, pulled down the latest rpms (20110719) from the aeolus-testing repo, uncommented/changed the prefix value, and then ran aeolus-configure.

Two immediate issues:
1) errors in the configure script around providers and hwp hitting the default (hard-coded) /conductor url which was not online 
2) URL error when attempting to connect to the new prefix meaning this is completely broken.

Full support for PREFIX requires a significant change to aeolus-configure and may potentially break other parts of the system. We will defer fixing this until after beta. For beta, I will remove the PREFIX from /etc/sysconfig/aeolus-conductor.
