Because of Bug 716752, many new Fedora users will be unable to update their system.

I consider this quite critical. Updating all RPMs in the installation/live images to the current version is a viable fix.

Historically, we do not do updated spins, because of the large amount of testing and verification that would entail. A bug isn't really the appropriate place to handle this, I'm moving this issue to be tracked elsewhere - https://fedorahosted.org/fesco/ticket/651
