This was documented for 5.0 and 5.0.1 - but was not resolved in JBDS.

In the 5.0, 5.0.1 user guide (section 4.7):

Release Notes Text: Added: Users could not connect to the repository via JBDS.  A WebDav error would appear.  This was because the wrong URL was set.  The software has been reconfigured to use the correct URL so it will now connect correctly.

Fixed in JBDS 4 beta2 - will close this JIRA when the beta2 build is ready for QE.

Verified fixed in JBDS beta 2 

The default URL is now:  /jboss-brms/org.drools.guvnor.Guvnor/webdav/
