Affects: Release Notes Date of First Response: 2009-05-13 03:53:59 It should be release noted that when you import a repo, all your rules' "creation date" info will be replaced with the date of the import. Moreover we could make it clear, also in the docs, that the import/export feature is not intended to replace a backup strategy - this should be done at the backend level. From Michael: Can't fix this as this is JCR import behaviour (AFAIK). Import is not a restore, export is not a backup (not sure how to get that message across).

Affects: Added: [Release Notes]
Added as known issue: Imported rules have their Creation Date set to the date of import When a repository import is performed, all the rules in the import have their Creation Date set to the date when the import occurs. The import and export functionality is not intended to be used as a means of backup and restore. For the purpose of backup and restore you should use the tools provided by your database vendor.
