Re-opening - assigning to myself until we resolve what to do wrt the examples and chapter 8
Assiginng to myself to verify in the CR2 docs.
Issue that remains open - in chapter 8 we refer to Drools examples - but these examples are not shipped with BRMS 5.0.1 - we need to tell users to download the Drools5 examples.zip: http://download.jboss.org/drools/release/5.0.1.26597.FINAL/drools-5.0-examples.zip

Additional changes needed: --------------------------------- Section 5.2 Document Templates A warning indicates that: "This is an experimental feature. Note that the API is likely to change." We should not be shipping new experimental features in a CP (bug fix) for BRMS. We should remove this section from the book. (Is the code also added in BRMS 5.0.1?) --------------------------------- Chapter 7 describes the Rules IDE as "None of the underlying features of the JBoss Rules engine are dependent on Eclipse and integrators are, therefore. free to use their tools of choice." We should change this section to refer to JBDS.
