In the example of configuring login-conf.xml file in the "JBoss Enterprise BRMS Platform 5.0 BRMS Userguide" (chapter 2.5.1), application-policy is set to "brms" but the default authentication application-policy name is "other".

This will be corrected in the next release of the document:
