Users were unable to remove global facts from test scenarios.  This has now been rectified so that when the user clicks on Remove this block of data, the facts are removed.

Sorry, this is not fixed in 5.1.x builds. The button named 'Remove this block of data' was replaced with an '-' sign image with a title saying 'Remove this block of data', which is a good step, but the block of data still cannot be removed. After clicking the image and confirming a JavaScript confirm box nothing happens.

This is not a blocker for BRMS 5.1.0, moving to future.

The cause of this issue might have been the same as of BRMS-453. Fixing BRMS-453 in CR1 also fixed this one.
