If you go to Administration -> Archive and you have an archive of more than 40, only 40 are shown.  You can delete ones higher in the table and the others appear to replace them but you can't page through it (and the scroll bar doesn't go further).

If the user went into Administration->Archive, only the first forty archived items would ever be shown.  A code change has been made and, as a result, all items are now displayed.

Verified fixed in BRMS 5.1.0 ER4.
