The asset position displayed when the
                Next/Previous buttons were used in defaultPackage->BusinessRulesAssets was incorrect. For example, the first page would display items 1 to 40. When the user clicked Next, items 38 to 78 were displayed instead of 41 to 80. A change to the code has been applied so that the correct range of items are displayed on each page.

Verified fixed in BRMS 5.1.0 ER4.
