securitylevel_name: Public See the attached screenshots - the add/delete comment buttons are displayed at the bottom of any comments - the result is that they are not displayed unless a user scrolls to find them. Can the buttons be displayed independently of the comments' text display?

This one is still unresolved for BRMS 5.2.0. This is a very subtle usability issue and can be deferred to a future release in my opinion. Also, the expected result is not very clear. How about this: invert the order of the comments from newest (at the top) to oldest (at the bottom) and also place the discussion control buttons at the top. This way the most important things are reachable without obstacles and you only have to scroll down to see old comments.
This has been fixed in the Community master branch (to be included in Community release 5.5.0.beta1).
