Migrate Travel and Pet Clinic examples from Spring upstream distribution.

Examples should have 2 container profiles (Tomcat - for EWS, JBoss AS - for EAP, EWP) and 2 Spring profiles (Spring 3 and Spring 2.5) based. This way we allow user to select combination of Spring and container. More importantly, it shows him different programming styles for Tomcat and JBoss AS.

I have cloned http://git.engineering.redhat.com/git/users/mbogoevi/consolidated-wfk-migrated-examples.git/ and did changes for ER3 in http://git.engineering.redhat.com/git/users/mnovotny/wfk-spring-examples.git
