The app can be found at http://www.primefaces.org/downloads.html. It can be deployed to EWS Tomcat 6 without any problem but not to EWS Tomcat 5. 

The error message is the following:

log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (org.apache.commons.digester.Digester.sax).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.

I think the error is not related to the WARN message. Increasing logging levels didn't help and no further explanation was given in the log.

If the deployment is successful, one needs to go to http://localhost:8080/prime-phonebook-1.0.0-SNAPSHOT/entryManager.jsf address which is an entry point to the app.
