Translation fix for Constants_ja_JP.properties

Attached is a patch for translation errors which we found in BRMS 5.2.0.DEV1.
To be precise, this is a diff against Drools Guvnor 5.2.0.Final tag.

Toshiya, this patch should be applied against both master and the 5.2.x branch in https://github.com/droolsjbpm/guvnor. Let me know if you could apply it there or if you need me to do it. I would like for you to apply it as you are better able to validate it before doing the push. Let me know.
