Description of problem: When the testsuite is run with LC_* set up like this: LC_CTYPE=C LC_COLLATE=C LC_NUMERIC=C LC_MONETARY=C LC_MESSAGES=C LC_TIME=en_US we get 4 fails (utf8-[1234]). This shouldn't happen, it e.g. breaks rpmbuild. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): sed-4.2.1-6.el6 How reproducible: Always. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Run testsuite with the LC_* set up like above. 2. 3. Actual results: utf8-[1234] test cases fail. Expected results: utf8-[1234] all test cases pass. Additional info:
