Upgrade to asterisk-10.0.0-beta1 patch

Asterisk 10.0.0-beta1 is available: http://www.asterisk.org/node/51667

Attached is a patch that applies to the master at http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/gitweb/?p=asterisk.git (02b250007ab12698d300a6703de91284e6ed057a) which includes the changes in makefile.makeopts and makefile.makedeps as well as fixes bug #629855 and bug #718336.

I've built and tested for F15: http://messinet.com/koji/buildinfo?buildID=130

My plan is to upgrade to v10 in F17. F15 and F16, and EL6 will stick with 1.8.X. I've already been testing some local builds but I'll take a look at your patch and merge any changes that I missed. FYI, F16 and newer will be using native systemd unit files rather than SysV init scripts.

Bummer that 10 won't be in F16 since it's not out until the end of October, which almost assuredly will "slip" to the beginning of November, judging from past releases ;)

Thanks for the update on the plan. Feel free to close this one for the books then.

FYI, v10 should be in rawhide now, so I'm going to close out this bug now.
