Patch pushed to 0.3.x branch. This should make it into our release, but won't be on the -testing repos.

For clarification, these inputs had hardcoded filler text displaying 0.

For the 0.3 release, we decided to just remove the not-actually-hooked-up display of quotas (and the number of updates available). We did not push this onto our master branch, however, because we intend to eventually implement these features and aren't considering it a bug there.
