Description of problem:
The current epel build of zabbix for el5 is 1.4.7

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
zabbix-1.4.7-1.el5

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. log into el5 box
2. install epel
3. yum list zabbix
  
Actual results:
zabbix-1.4.7-1.el5

Expected results:
zabbix-1.8.x-y.el5

Additional info:
The el6 build is current, so it likely just needs to be rebuilt for the el5 target.
