Description of problem:
After the rebase and directory structure change, several .debug files appeared in the main package. They should be in the -debuginfo subpackage.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
icedtea-web-1.1.1-1.el6

How reproducible:
Always. Only the 32bit package, though.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm -ql icedtea-web | grep debug
  
Actual results:
/usr/lib/debug
/usr/lib/debug/.build-id
/usr/lib/debug/.build-id/2c
/usr/lib/debug/.build-id/2c/208cde99f1e1e0916ef7626a6df103055e5273
