Description of problem:

Invalid argument error when echo mem node to cpuset.mems

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

2.6.32-171.el6.x86_64

How reproducible:

100%
Steps to Reproduce:
1. #mount -t cgroup -o cpuset none /cgroup
2. #mkdir /cgroup/cpuset1
3. #echo 1 > /cgroup/cpuset1/cpuset.mems
  
Actual results:
echo 1 > cpuset.mems 
-bash: echo: write error: Invalid argument

system need multi mem node, close it
