Description of problem:
TUI: An exception occurs when configure network.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rhev-hypervisor-6.2-0.9.el6

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install rhev-hypervisor-6.2-0.9.el6.
2. Configure network with dhcp/static setting.
3. Please see attachment.

Actual results:
An Exception has occurred.
User can configure network successful by ovirt-config-networking.

Expected results:
User can configure network successful by TUI.

Workaround: drop to shell and modprobe 8021q

This is a general regression from rhevh 5.x where 8021q got loaded as a dependecy of cxgb3 kmod (modprobed by iscsid initscript).

In rhevh 6.x we need to add explicit modprobe 8021q on boot.

User can configure network successful by TUI.

So change bug status to VERIFIED.
