Description of problem:
when trying to change the case tag by click on 'Add Tag', always claims "Error when adding [u'host operation]", another way to trigger this issue is to edit a case, save it, then click on 'Tags', and add tag by input 'host operation', but it returns:{"response": "Error when adding [u'host operation']", "rc": 1}
