Reinstall with IO last for about 24hours and it cannot stop

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Configure the WHQL testing ENV
2.Submit Reinstall with IO job 
command line -

Actual results:
The job last for about 24 hours and it cannot stop yet.

Expected results:
The job can pass successfully within several hours

I need to see two log files:
C:\WINDOWS\INF\setupapi.dev.log
, and C:\WINDOWS\INF\setupapi.app.log

Can you also check that DTM controller, DTM client and Host all use the same time-zone and synchronized with Internet time server?

   The job(window 2008 R2) that I submitted yesterday was still running,I'm afraid that the issue can be reproduced.Sync the time zone of host and guest.

Actually this issue still reproduce on virtio-win-prewhql-0.1-16 some times, but not always, so reassign this bug for keep tracking.

We run Block WHQL Test more than 20 times in the past year and no report to illustrate this bug still exists
