Description of problem:
Section 2.2.1. Using the GUI Installer of the Installation Guide [1] attempts to describe in step 4 how to install plugin packs, but does not go into enough detail for a user to accomplish the task. The plugin installation described in the documentation stops at unzipping the plugins into the JON server base directory.

The documentation should either direct the user to the README.txt enclosed in the plugin pack archives for installation, direct the user to the "Deploying Plugins" section of the Basic Admin Guide [2], or give more explicit steps to install the plugins.
