:I was using a program called ferret, graphics display software. I tried to capture screen by taking a screen shot of the graphs displayed!
:problem occurs when I take the mouse to the right edge of the screen while selecting an area of the screen to take a screen shot...
:suddenly the xwindows gets crashed with all zig-zag lines on the screen.

:The problem is solved only by rebooting the system. This was found only when I use the latest kernel of fedora 15
:in previous versions the problem did not occur.

the trace shows it hung in the fireglx driver.

Yes the display gets crashed...cant it be fixed?!  or is there any solution how to avoid this problem!?
