Description of problem:
/usr/bin/lesspipe.sh uses 'tar tIvvf' for tar.bz2 files.  'tar I' is
deprecated, it should be 'tar tjvvf'.  'tar I' does not work on recent
versions of tar.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. less any.tar.bz2 file

Actual Results:  Binary data.

Expected Results:  Tar file contents listing.
