Description of problem:
My first attempt to enter my password always fails. After I retype my password, login always succeeds.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
kdm-4.6.5-2.fc15.x86_64

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
0. Set KDM as login manager
1. Power on
2. Wait for login screen
3. Enter password
  
Actual results:
Password is rejected (textboxes greyed out for 1 second, then password disappears)

Expected results:
Password should be accepted

More details:

* This bug still occurs with kdm-4.6.5-5.fc15.x86_64.
* It occurs when the user you want to login as is already preselected.
* If you type slowly, you can see that the first character entered into the password field is ignored.
