Description of problem:
when login with admin, "klogctl: operation not permitted" appears just before setup page displayed.

Steps to reproduce:
1. auto install rhev-h rhev-hypervisor-6.2-20110801.el6 
2. login with admin

Actual results:
"klogctl: operation not permitted" diaplays before setup page out.

Expected results:
no such message shows.

Additional info
not meet on auto 20110729 build.

Regressions between interim autobuilds are expected.
