Description of problem:
On a new machine I installed RHEL 6 as Desktop.
Next, I created a RHN account.

Next, I go in System --> Administration --> RHN registration
I enter my account/password
The screen "Create your system profile" is displayed and I click Forward to send informations about hardware and packages.

The following message is returned:

Error Class Code: 70
Error Class Info: 
     All available subscriptions for the requested channel have been exhausted.
     Please contact a Red Hat Network Sales associate.
Explanation: 
     An error has occurred while processing your request. If this problem
     persists please enter a bug report at bugzilla.redhat.com.
     If you choose to submit the bug report, please be sure to include
     details of what you were trying to do when this error occurred and
     details on how to reproduce this problem.

RHEL 2.6.32-71.el6.i686

How reproducible:
Like described in the "Description of problem"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. System --> Administration --> RHN registration
2. Always Forward with user/password when required
