Not sure if I should file this as a Fedora bug, but the port of the DBMail src.rpm from 3.0.0-rc1 to 3.0.0-rc2 did not change patch #2 (for RHEL/EPEL) and does not apply anymore to the rc2 sources.
Attached is the correct version of patch #2 (dbmail-3.0.0-glib.patch) for rc2.
FWIW, I also filed a bug in EPEL (#730381) to upgrade DBMail to the newest version.

dbmail-3.0.0-0.6.rc3.el6 has been submitted as an update for Fedora EPEL 6.

* was pushed to the Fedora EPEL 6 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=epel-testing dbmail-3.0.0-0.6.rc3.el6'
as soon as you are able to.
