Doc Text:	Previously, when OpenAIS was used in a lossy network, and a large number of configuration changes occurred, OpenAIS sometimes terminated unexpectedly. To solve this problem, the underlying source code has been modified, and OpenAIS no longer crashes in the scenario described.
