Description of problem:
Every time I extend a volume now I see this warning in the output. Customers aren't going to like to see this. 

[root@hayes-01 ~]# lvextend -l 34 HAYES/linear
  Extending logical volume linear to 136.00 MiB
  Breaking: preferred_count = 1, ix_offset = 1, devices_needed = 1
  Logical volume linear successfully resized

Fix verified in the latest rpms.

[root@taft-03 ~]# lvextend -l 35 VG/linear
  Extending logical volume linear to 140.00 MiB
  Logical volume linear successfully resized
