Description of problem:
xmms-1.2.7-12.p is missing /usr/lib/xmms/Input/libmpg123.so and
/usr/lib/xmms/Input/libmpg123.la files and is unable to play MP3 files...

These two files were included with xmms-1.2.7-10 as included on the null beta...
