Description of problem:
The default condor config file contains a fairly large set of information, by trimming down and putting into a conditionally generated param table you can all but eliminate the config_file + you would decrease the VMData size of the shadow.

MRG-Grid is in maintenance and only customer escalations will be considered. This issue can be reopened if a customer escalation associated with it occurs.
