Description of problem:
SME review of chapter 9 found these errors and/or needed corrections:

(1) Ch. 9
    a) Installing Windows 2003
        i) *REMOVE*: in fact, this was noted as something that should have been
            removed in original 6.1 VG, so it shouldn't be here either.
    b) 9.3, after NOTE box
          change: "Alternatively, run the yum install virtio-win command."
              to: "Alternatively, run the yum install virtio-win command 
                   on the host."
