From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.0.1) Gecko/20020826 Description of problem: Ok, this bug may not be the end of the world but a bit annoying at least and may affect other programs than konsole as well. This morning when I came back to work and deactivated XScreenSaver I noticed that in every single KDE's konsole program session the foreground color was almost unreadably dark gray. I activated XscreenSaver and deactivated it again. Suddenly konsole colors were back to normal. After a short testing session I found out that OpenGL-screensavers will modify the fg color but not the others. This happens at least with 16 bit colors, I'll yet have to try 32 bit mode... Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Activate any XScreenSaver module which is using OpenGL. 2.Deactivate XScreenSaver. 3.See how konsole's foreground color have been changed. Additional info: I'm using GNOME as a desktop but also running some KDE applications.
