Due to an error in the option parsing algorithm, the Package Manager incorrectly prompted the user to register the system with Red Hat Network every time it was started. With this update, the relevant part of the source code has been corrected, and the Package Manager no longer prompts users to register already registered systems.

Cause: A bug in yum-rhn-plugin code.

Consequence: Package Manager would ask the user to re-register the system every time Package Manager is ran.

Fix: More careful command line arguments checking by yum-rhn-plugin.

Result: Package Manager now correctly recognizes a registered system.

Testing procedure:
 - pup tool does not require registration when machine already registered
 - the pup tool is able to refresh/fetch repository metadata
 - user is able to apply updates using the pup tool
 - desktop applet (puplet) pops-up, when the updates are available
