Ok this report might be a little premature: it is on a F16 system with latest F16 packages from Koji also installed. I can't reproduce yet with F16Beta TC Live images.
Looks like e-calendar-factory crashing, nothing to do with gnome-control-center.
Could you get a backtrace of the crashing factory, please? In case you'll be able to reproduce with the release F16.
